I had recently upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7 Professional. I used Cricket Broadband to connect to the internet for the past 4 yrs or so. I recently got it to work with Windows 10 only after I completely uninstall then reinstalled it again, but only to receive message saying that '.Driver Loader incompatible with Windows 10 and won't load.' Then suggested that I get help online, so I clicked help online! I get WINDOWS HAS NO SOLUTIONS NOW BUT WILL INFORM YOU WHEN THERE IS ONLINE IN THE FUTURE. I was advised to contact Bytemobile Inc., for further details but it just kept taking forever. What can I do?

I suggest you to install the latest version of network adapter drivers from the manufacturer's website and check if it helps.
